This document describes how to filter, view, and export historical data.
Filter and View Historical Data

In the upper-part ribbon, select
.Both the Configuration and Production interfaces provide an entry to Historical Data. All accounts have the permission to view historical data.
-
On the Historical Data page, in the Data Filtering section on the left, configure the filtering conditions based on part name, part ID, measurement time, part status, and any custom parameters (if the user has customized part information in the communication command, the custom parameters will appear here for filtering). Then, click Filter.
-
The right side of the Historical Data page will display the measurement records that match the filtering conditions. By default, all records displayed here will be selected. To select specific records, follow these steps:

After you select the measurement records, you can view the data:
-
Click Trends in the upper-right corner of the Historical Data page. On the Trends page, select the required measurement sub-items to view the data trends for each feature as the measurement times increase.
Hover the mouse cursor over a point in a trend chart. The specific data for that point, such as measurement task, measurement time, nominal value, and measured value, will be displayed.
-
Click Raw data in the upper-right corner of the Historical Data page. In the Raw data page, you can view all the measurement data collected for each feature across all measurement tasks.
The raw data page uses different colors to represent measurement data: green indicates perfect, orange indicates good, yellow indicates normal, and red indicates failed.
-
Export Historical Data
-
Click Export report in the upper-right corner of the Historical Data page.
-
In the Export report dialog box, select Export .xlsx, Export .dmo, or Export .pdf, click Browse to choose the report storage path, and then click OK.

The exported report will be saved to the selected location.
The Export report button in Historical Data will export the measurement data for all measurement tasks within the selected time period for the chosen part.
