Safety Guidelines
To prevent equipment damage, personal injury, and other safety incidents, you must follow the guidelines below to ensure operational safety when using Standard Interface communication.
-
Follow robot operation standards.
-
Before you use a robot, read and follow all operation manuals, installation guides, and safety instructions provided by the robot manufacturer.
-
Any violation of official operating standards may result in personal injury, equipment damage, data loss, or other serious consequences. You assume full responsibility for any such outcomes.
-
-
Improve the exception handling mechanism.
-
If you write your own robot program, you should check and handle the error codes and potential exceptions provided by Mech-Mind. To ensure that you can stop the operation and follow safety procedures when an error or alarm occurs, we recommend that you check relevant sample programs.
-
If you continue using the robot when an error or alarm is reported, it may result in equipment damage, personal injury, data loss, business interruption, or other consequences. Mech-Mind assumes no responsibility for any such outcomes.
-
-
Conduct regular safety reviews and training.
-
Regularly train and assess operators to ensure that they master the equipment operation procedures, exception handling methods, and emergency plans.
-
Regularly check the robot and the status of the Standard Interface communication to ensure that the equipment is in working condition.
-
-
Handle emergencies.
-
If an emergency occurs during operation, immediately stop all subsequent operations and check for the cause.
-
If you encounter an emergency that cannot be resolved, contact professional technical personnel for investigation and resolution.
