This section introduces the common problems, possible causes, and solutions for the Stator solution.

Problem 1: Path Planning Failure

Symptom

The path planning failed when Mech-Vision is used for path planning.

Possible Causes

  • The robot collided with scene objects.

Solutions

  • Check if the robot waypoints are set properly. If not, reset the waypoints.

  • Set an appropriate scene model according to the actual situation.

Problem 2: Incorrect Target Object Orientation Recognition

Symptom

When Mech-Vision was used to recognize the target object poses, the orientation of the target objects was incorrect.

Possible Causes

  • The target object is like a ring, and the local features of the protruding part are unobvious, making it difficult to recognize the orientation of the target object.

Solutions

  • Refer to Target object recognition and adjust relevant parameters.

  • If the orientation of the target object still cannot be accurately recognized after adjusting the parameters according to the above methods, you can locate the orientations of the grooves around the target objects on the pallet first according to the feature that the orientations of the target objects are basically consistent with the directions of the grooves around the target objects on the pallet, and then adjust the orientations of the target objects accordingly to accurately recognize the orientations of the target objects.
