When encountering problems in the process of production, you can use the Maintenance function in the operation area of the production interface for troubleshooting. Please follow the steps below to operate.

  1. Enter the Maintenance window.

    Click the troubleshooting maintenance management icon button in the operation area.

  2. Enter the Troubleshooting tab.

    Click Troubleshooting in the Maintenance window.

  3. Troubleshoot in line with issues listed there.

    Some issues are listed in the Troubleshooting tab. Click ▶ button to check the issues, possible reasons and solutions.

You can also click Vision system service manual and Camera maintenance and support to check the online documents for troubleshooting.
