Clarify Project Accuracy Requirements
Before actually deploying a vision solution, you need to confirm the accuracy requirements of your project (e.g., ±3 mm) and determine the accuracy expectations and objectives of your application.
Normally, the picking accuracy of ±3~5 mm can meet the requirements of common projects. If the project requires a higher picking accuracy (e.g., ± 1 mm), stricter accuracy checks will need to be implemented during the deployment process to eliminate errors as much as possible.
For scenarios with high accuracy requirements, it is recommended to deploy the Vision System Drift Auto-Correction solution, which not only reduces the accuracy errors caused by camera temperature drift, but also ensures the reliability and operational stability of the 3D vision system.
